Very cold Monday

7:30 p.m.: It was about 12 degrees this morning, and there was a high wind, making the wind-chill below zero. We skipped our run. Work was extremely busy. I had a class, gave a talk about meditation to the learning-disabilities group, met with the chair of the business department and spent a long time recording grades onto a spreadsheet and answering 44 e-mails. I came home exhausted. I did not do a good job of keeping to my diet, so I used up a lot of "flex-points" today. I'll have to be more careful tomorrow.
